Sonic Youth Drops Out of ACL

Austin 360 broke that Sonic Youth is dropping out of ACL, citing an injury from one of the band members. The band was also scheduled to tape an Austin City Limits television performance on October 5, but that too has been cancelled. There is no word on who will replace the band, but whoever it is, they have some big shoes to fill.
