The Polyphonic Spree's "Fragile Army" Release Party

Having just about every member of the The Polyphonic Spree in the same room, outside of a concert venue probably doesn't happen too often. That is partly why Monday night was a good time. Yes, the free food, wine, and company were all good things, but witnessing Tim DeLaughter and company romp around Good Records signing autographs, taking photos, and chatting it up with friends and random party goers alike were truly sights to behold. The Spree even had their kids and K-9 companions in tow. The highlight of the night (for what I saw, we left early) came when the lights dimmed, a projection of odd videos (one with an anti-Bush theme), to Spree songs came on, and Tim DeLaughter began walking around the room singing the song playing through the store's PA, at the top of his lungs.

Pick up The Fragile Army here, or in probably any record store out there.
